The Hendreds School runs wraparound care sessions in the form of Breakfast Club and Afterschool Club; Breakfast Club starts at 8.00am and Afterschool Club runs from 3.30pm until 5.30pm. 

Please note there is no Afterschool Club on the last day of each full term (i.e. the last school day in December, March/April and July) - school closes to all children at 1.15pm on these 3 days. 

The clubs are run by the The Hendreds' staff who provide a nutritious breakfast in the morning sessions and snacks to keep the children going at Afterschool Club. The sessions are designed to be both beneficial for parents needing to access these services and fun for the children attending!

If you have a regular requirement for wraparound care, please secure your child's place by clicking the link to complete the google form: Wraparound Care Booking Form - Regular Bookings – Fill in form Invoices for regular bookings are issued on a half-termly basis

If you have any "adhoc" booking requirements, these should be placed through MCAS at least 24 hours in advance of the session(s) you wish your child to attend; provided there is space available, payment is due at the point of booking. 

We appreciate that due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be occasions where you have an urgent childcare requirement and may need to place an "on the day" booking - please contact the office should you ever find yourself in this unfortunate position and we will endeavour to support your request as best we can. 

The current cost for the Breakfast Club is £4 per session and Afterschool Club is £8 per session.
